Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies
Labels: Cookies1 1/2 cup flour ( i used Self raising flour)
1 tsp corn flour
1 3/4 cups rolled old-fashioned oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (i did'nt put)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup softened unsalted butter 1 cup sugar (i put 3/4 cup Sugar still sweet next time need to less )
1 egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup Chocolate chips)
1 cup almond (bake first)
Preheat the oven to 175 C Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Sift the flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together. In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
Add half the flour mixture, mix,
Add the rest of the flour mixture and mix until combined. Mix in chocolate chips & almond.
Drop tablespoon-sized balls onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, rotating halfway through.
