Hi all...

Cuti tiga hari buat apa? semlm sbb dah promise with my friend nak buatkan cookis utk ni la hasil nyer. kali ni cookies ni saya tambah kan kurma ...boleh tahan sedap nyer...bila dibakar kurma tu dah jd garing...alia eat this cookies 14 pcs at one go....Include darwisy too. Asyik nak pi dapur minta tolong ambil kan cookies.

1 1/2 cups flour ( I used self raising flour) 1 3/4 cups rolled old-fashioned oats 1/2 teaspoon baking soda ( I did'nt put ) 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup softened unsalted butter ( I used margarine ) 1 cup sugar (i put ½ cup Sugar for me just nice) 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 7- 6 dates ( I add this) 1 cup almond 3/4 cup Chocolate chips) Preheat the oven to 175 C

Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Sift the flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together. In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined. Add half the flour mixture, mix, and then add the banana and mix. Add the rest of the flour mixture and mix until combined. Mix in chocolate chips. Drop tablespoon-sized balls onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, rotating halfway through.
