Creme brulee

Alhamdulillah finally...Creme brulee again!....it seems to be a dessert that many people don't realize they can make at home. It's such a staple of restaurants...😜

 It must be finicky and difficult, right? Nope! There's no stovetop stirring, no need for a mixer. There are no specialty ingredients or tools involved.

CRÈME BRULEE

BAHAN – BAHAN:
200 ml susu segar/ Susu cair
200 ml krim
1 biji telur
2 biji kuning telur
2 sudu gula pasir (agak2 aje nk manis mana)

Kaedah:

1.  Didihkan susu segar Ataupun susu cair, whipping crema,  & biarkan suam sedikit

2.  Pukul telur, kuning telur & gula sehingga sebati.

3.  Sebatikan kedua adunan kemudian ditapiskan.

4.  Tuang ke dalam acuan pembakar, letakkannya kedalam dulang berisi air (water bath) & bakar pada suhu 160*C selama 30 minit atau sehingga masak. Sejukkan sepenuhnya di dalam peti sejuk selama beberapa jam sebelum dihidangkan.
(jika tak ada torch taburkan gula dan bakar semula guna api atas dan sekejap aje tau)
5.  Untuk hidangan, taburkan gula pasir di atas permukaan creme brulee dan bakar menggunakan blow torch sehingga menjadi caramel.
